Personal leave days are prorated based on capacity. You’re entitled to 5 paid personal days per year, primarily for sick days. These days can also be utilized for unforeseen disruptions, such as power outages or when you need to care for dependents. Given the unpredictable nature of these circumstances, we recommend scheduling your personal days in Float and notifying your team as early as possible.

You can also use your Quarterly Life Leave or Paid Time Off (PTO) options for planned self-care days. These are designed to allow you to take time off for rest and rejuvenation without dipping into your allocated personal days, primarily intended for unforeseen circumstances.
