Taking time off is a cornerstone of our company culture. We strongly encourage and celebrate team members taking time off. All full-time team members take 20 PTO days per calendar year.

For your first calendar year, PTO is accrued based on capacity + start date and can be used upfront. In your second calendar year, your PTO is based on capacity and is available to use upfront from 1 January each year.

Additional Leave Types

We know it’s essential to have the flexibility to choose when and how you take PTO. At the same time, we recognize the value of having specific days earmarked for rest, creativity, and connection. To that end, here’s how we’ve structured your additional leave options:

• No FOMO Week A beloved company tradition! A week in December each year, this dedicated time allows everyone to pause, recharge, and enjoy a well-earned break.
• Quarterly Life Leave Four days per year designed for personal well-being, creative pursuits, or just doing life stuff.
• Personal leave Dedicated days to address personal matters or care for yourself, separate from your PTO bank.

✅  PTO tips

• Update your Slack status with an 🌴emoji or an “Out of Office” message when you’re away.
• Make sure your time off is scheduled at least 10 days in advance so your team can plan accordingly.
• Life is busy, and time can often fly by, so we suggest that you book your PTO for the year sometime in the first quarter of the year.
