Taking time off is a cornerstone of our company culture. We strongly encourage and celebrate team members taking time off. All full-time team members take 20 PTO days per calendar year.
For your first calendar year, PTO is accrued based on capacity + start date and can be used upfront. In your second calendar year, your PTO is based on capacity and is available to use upfront from 1 January each year.
