How Our Weekly Check-Ins Work

Every Friday, each team member will receive a Geekbot survey and complete their weekly check-in. These prompts are designed to be quick and easy to complete while providing valuable insights and opening the door to deeper conversations when needed. The check-in consists of the same key prompts each week:
