To ensure your home office is comfortable and fully equipped, we offer up to $1500 USD Home Office Stipend. This stipend can be used during your first two years with Float to purchase essential equipment. The equipment is yours to keep and should be used solely by you.

We encourage thoughtful purchases to minimize environmental impact, preferring items with a low carbon footprint or sourced locally where possible.

Examples of Eligible Expenses:

• A laptop or second monitor
• A laptop stand, trackpad, or keyboard
• A more comfortable desk or ergonomic chair
