Every year, we come together for a two-day meetup that is one of our highest-ranking perks. Our team loves this annual get-together. The general structure of the meetup consists of one day of workshops, presentations, and planning, followed by a day of fun activities where we explore the city and get to know each other better. As we've grown over the last few years, so have our meetups, as you'll see below.

Logistics

Float covers flights, three-night accommodation, travel expenses, meals, and scheduled events for team members during the meetup. Attendance is optional, but we encourage everyone to attend. The location and final dates of the meetups are typically determined by mid-year and are held in September or October. Team members can invite partners or extend their stays at their own expense. During the Portugal, Chamonix, and Osaka meetups, almost half of the team brought partners, and many extended their stay either before or after the event.
