Every year, we come together for a four-day meetup that is one of our highest-ranking perks. Our team loves this annual get-together. The program is a mix of workshops, presentations, and strategy and planning content plus social activities where we explore the city and get to know each other better. Float covers flights, accommodation, travel expenses, meals, and scheduled events for team members during the meetup. We encourage everyone to attend. The location and final dates of the meetups are typically determined by mid-year and it’s held aroun the same time every year, towards the end of September. Team members can bring travel partners or extend their stays at their own expense. Many folks bring travel companions, and many extend their stay either before or after the event.
