We welcome travel companions to join you, whether it’s a family member, friend, partner, child, or someone you met at the airport on the way (just kidding 😉)! As long as you’re comfy sharing a bed in your private room, they’re welcome to join. Here’s some info on how it works:

Apart from the room and anything that travel companions are explicitly invited to on the itinerary, you are expected to cover your own costs related to your travel companion (i.e. meals, adding a cot/bedding).
Every room is private, so anyone is welcome to join if you don’t mind sharing a bed.
If you’re bringing multiple people (i.e. dependents), we’ll ask in the RSVP survey what you’re hoping for in terms of rooming/bedding. Then, once we know our options with the hotel, we’ll reach out to you directly to confirm.
Most of our meetup is private to the Float team, but there may be an activity/event that travel companions are welcome to join for. We’ll provide that information when sharing the itinerary.
