Float encourages you to take time off as needed, up to 20 days in a calendar year. For your first calendar year at Float, PTO is accrued based on capacity + start date and can be used upfront. In your second calendar year at Float, your PTO is based on capacity alone and is available to use upfront from January 1st of each year.

PTO doesn't carry over or get paid out, and for US team members, we adhere to your state's employment laws.

All PTO requests are managed in Float.com, which you will have access to in your first week.
