How does this align with Float’s strategic direction and this persons growth goals? • Define key contributions you would like to see from them. • Look at past successes and how they can be expanded further. • Provide actionable steps that can help them create a greater impact.

  5. How well does this person incorporate feedback to improve their work and impact?
    Can you share an example where this person demonstrated adaptability or growth based on input?

  6. What was this person’s most significant achievement in the past six months, and why did it matter? • Highlight their biggest success and how it benefited the team or company. • Help them see the broader impact of their contributions.
