In our first launch, each team member selected 3–4 competencies.

Based on feedback, we’ve simplified the structure to make it:

This reflects our current priority and how our work is evolving. AI is reshaping how work gets done, and we can’t rely on default ways of operating. Part of performance now is adapting, experimenting, and improving how work gets done using AI.
