We are so appreciative of every lap around the sun that you spend with team Float. Treat yourself on the anniversary of your start date!

This perk is about recognising a yearly milestone for yourself and extending our appreciation to those in your life who support you and enable you to be a part of the Float team. You can expense up to $200 USD to ‘treat yourself’ and your special people. You can do this in a way that is meaningful to you; we find that this is commonly a nice meal out with your support crew.

This perk isn’t to pay for everyday expenses, although if you want to use it for something else to treat yourself, send Sarah a DM, and she will confirm that it is eligible. Please check this before you make a purchase. The perk resets every year on your Float anniversary.

Here's how you can claim your expense:

1. Forward a copy of the receipt no later than the 3rd of the month to [email protected].
2. 🇺🇸  US Team, expense reimbursements will be processed on the first pay cycle of the month for payment on the 15th.
3. 🌍  Global Team, add the amount you qualify for to your next invoice as a separate line item in USD.
