AI is built into many of the tools we use day-to-day. This guide focuses on our use of LLMs (large language models) and tools that connect to or extend them.

Primary tool

• Claude (Anthropic) — day-to-day work (comms, ops, drafting, research, analysis)
• Cursor — AI-assisted development environment (Engineering use, code generation, debugging)
