Using Bob for 1:1s centralizes the agenda and action items for these meetings. It acts as a record of when you met, keeps track of ongoing actions and follow-ups, and provides a handy reference point when we do performance reviews.
By default, all team members you manage will appear in the Active 1:1s list:

Bob integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar. If a 1:1 is already scheduled in your google calendar, Bob will automatically detect and sync the event when you are setting up your 1:1—but only if you are the organizer of that meeting.
To schedule a 1:1 in Bob:
Once scheduled, the 1:1 will appear in Bob and can be used to track progress, capture notes, and document follow-ups.
You can still schedule your 1:1s through Google Calendar—no need to schedule directly in Bob. Just visit the 1:1s section in Bob, select the person, and copy the agenda URL into your calendar invite so both of you can easily access and edit it.
Once that’s set up, both you and your team member can begin adding Talking Points, which form the agenda for your meeting. Encourage your team member to contribute and arrange items in priority order before the meeting.
Talking points can be added manually at any time. At this time, Bob does not automatically carry forward unresolved talking points between meetings. Each agenda is treated as standalone.
